REVIEW : Resident Evil 5 (PC)

I'm afraid of the Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Now how about 5?

Resident Evil 5 is a survival horror third-person shooter game made for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, which was later ported into the Windows. It is the best selling installment of the Resident Evil series - selling over 5 million copies worldwide. The series itself is one of the most profitable product of Capcom - the same company that made the Devil May Cry series. How I loved Devil May Cry 4.

Resident Evil is probably the most famous series in it's genre. Seriously, I can't name any other game in it's genre.

This game IS SO COOL! (Really, how many times have I used this word?) I admit that I'm afraid of the genre. As if anyone need more horror to their lives. And I'm afraid of the whole game. So why did I bought this and HOW THE HELL DID I BEAT THE GAME?

In spite of the hair-raising goosebumps, the sudden startled jump and the screams I had whenever I'm shocked at sudden events, I managed to finish the game. Well, half of it. My friend started the game up to the 3rd chapter, then I did the 4th chapter to the last.

I believe I spent 10 hours to finished the game in its easiest mode - the Amateur. Then me and my friend spent another 7 hours to play it again - the game has a lot of points in Replayability.

So, what is this game all about? Zombies? Of course.

REVIEW : Dragon Age : Origins (PC)

Exactly when was the Dragon Age ?

Dragon Age: Origins is a role-playing game developed by BioWare - the same company that made Mass Effect and it's successor Mass Effect 2, and the Baldur's Gate Series - for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, XBox 360, and Mac OS X.

Sporting an attention-catcher title, this game is not your ordinary game. Prepare to spend the next 30-40 hours finishing it. I spent 38 hours playing it for the first time, and you should take note that I didn't have what it takes to love all those side quests. Now I'm starting the game all over again until BioShock 2 came to my laptop. ^_^

So why did I spent 38 holy hours for this game? Simple. It's magical. I've never encountered a game so cool I can't take my eyes off my screen whenever there is a cut scene. The story is so awesome! The game play is superb. Amazing voice acting brings characters to life. And that's just the beginning!

REVIEW : DEVIL MAY CRY 4 (PC)

Which side are you on?

Devil May Cry 4 is the most recent installment to the Devil May Cry series of Capcom. It was released on 2008 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles. And to the PC too! Thank God. I don't have the consoles, so the only game that I played in the series is DMC3 - Dante's Awakening and this newest installment. DMC3 is so cool, despite the not-so-great graphics of the game when it crossed-platform to the PC. I found myself crossing my fingers the day after I finished DMC3, wishing that the next installment would be more awesome, and would be released to the PC too, because I know I'll never get the consoles.

Have you watched Avatar in 3D? If yes, then you're one of the luckiest people on earth. That movie is so awesome even though the story is simple. I got goosebumps watching it. :D Well, in the case of one of the most aticipated games of 2010, the same question can be asked.

Have you played Final Fantasy XIII on the PS3?
