Jennifer Hudson, a soul, R&B, and pop singer, is one of the finalists in the Season 3 of American Idol. And though she was eliminated from the Top 7, that didn't stop her from being successful. She starred in four movies, with 2006 film Dreamgirls being the most famoust (the song And I Am Telling You I'm Not going comes to mind).
She also won Best R&B Album in the Grammys for her debut album.
AND an Oscar! Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the movie Dreamgirls.
She's also one of the singers who made the remake for the song We Are The World, and note her performance. Amazing.
Now that's what you call an accomplishment.
But now, it's not her voice that attracted attention. Not her songs. Not her acting skills.
It's her weight.
What amazing difference.
So what is her secret?
If you have an iPhone, then you have probably heard of a popular app from Weight Watchers.
If you don't, well, Weight Watchers offers food, recipes, and tips in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and in propelling you to your ideal weight.
This is one of the reason behind the singer's weight loss.
Another reason is her son, David Daniel Otunga Jr.
"It's about balance," Hudson explained on the show Good Morning America, emphasizing her decision to "make better life choices, health choices, and just create a good example for him growing up."
